HOW WE CAN HELP

Your staffing and scheduling is currently a difficult challenge.
When you contract with NeuroTechnical, you can rest assured there will always be a technician available when you need them. Fluctuations in census, sick-time, extended or short-term leave, holidays, over-time or any of the other inherent challenges relevant to sufficient staffing will no longer be on your shoulders. Let us shoulder that burden for you! Just let us know when you need help and we will take care of the rest!
Your Neurologists are unhappy with the quality of your tests.
The EEG study is not like other patient tests performed. The quality of the test results are highly susceptible to environmental factors such as other equipment being used by the patient or staff, or challenges relating to the nature of the patient’s condition. Every EEG performed is slightly different than the last, because every patient situation is different. Even when set-up is done expertly, an understanding of the reading of the test is essential in identifying the quality of the test.

To that end, we teach our technicians not only how to set up and run an EEG, but also what good results look like and what results are not acceptable. We also teach our techs how to recognize environmental factors which will negatively affect study results so they can start ensuring excellent results before the first electrode is even placed. Our technicians work quickly and synergistically with hospital or office staff, but are also taught to be patient and purposeful in their actions so that each and every test is done right the first time. Finally, no one on our staff is ever left without support. If for some reason a technician is not getting good results on a test, our combined years of experience are always available to help identify and correct the problem long before the results are seen by the Neurologist.

Your Doctors want to add LTM (Long-Term Monitoring) or Ambulatory EEGs.
Medical testing technology is ever evolving and the field of Electroencephalography is one of the fastest growing and changing fields in Medical/Neuro diagnostics. In order to stay profitable and provide the best possible patient care, private practices and hospitals alike must stay current with the equipment and protocols available. Integrating these new technologies into a patient care setting does not come easily, however, and maintaining them once integrated can be a daunting challenge.

LTM and Ambulatory EEGs are good examples of new but vitally important technologies available to Neurologists and Hospitals for their patients. But there are many issues to consider when getting started, including:

– What equipment and supplies to purchase
– How to configure and troubleshoot the software
– How to provide proper coverage
– What protocols and guidelines should be established for testing

These are just a few of the challenges facing a hospital or practice wishing to integrate new technology into their care facility. Hitting even a small snag can put everything on hold for extended periods of time – we have seen hospitals purchase expensive equipment only to let it sit for months on end! NeuroTechnical Services prides itself on staying current with the newest practices and technologies available in our field. By contracting with us, you will be utilizing our years of experience and expertise in exactly the type of testing you want to do.

You're tired of talking to a helpline that isn't helpful.
Each of our contracts is handled personally by our own technicians who are well equipped and well trained to solve problems as they arise. NeuroDiagnostic testing is not merely one of many services we provide… it is our specialty! It is all we do! A great deal of passion and pride goes into each and every contract we handle and test we run. In addition, because we are a smaller local company, you will never get sent to an impersonal automated helpline or outsourced corporate troubleshooter. If ever a problem or question does come up, you can easily talk to the owners of the company directly about the concerns you have. Our first and only priority is your complete satisfaction with the quality of the tests we perform!

Whatever you need, we are here to help.
